In the wake of the October 17, 1989 Loma Prieta |
|
Earthquake, Caltrans commissioned an oral history project |
|
to document the personal and professional experiences of |
|
Caltrans employees who worked to restore the State's |
|
damaged transportation system. At the time of this |
|
recording Ed Pang was an Associate Environmental Planner |
|
for Caltrans District 4. This interview is about his |
|
experience of Loma Prieta earthquake at Candlestick Park |
|
for the third game of the World Series from his seats |
|
behind the dugout and driving in San Francisco afterwards. |
