The first release from Median Recordings arrives in the |
|
form of "Plus", a gentle EP by Japanese drone ambient |
|
artist Saito Koji. "Plus" serves as a hopeful thrust of |
|
vitality, boxed in four 4.33 long drone bursts. |
|
|
|
Influenced by the loss of a near relative and the emotive |
|
aftermath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster in |
|
March 2011, Saito Koji provides console and trust with |
|
"Plus" while he illuminates the not-so-always-pleasing |
|
sphere that happens to be our daily life. |
