The Final Operations and Maintenance Manual for the |

MacDill Air Force Base provides necessary information for |

successfully operating the installation wastewater |

treatment plant including descriptions of fundamental |

concepts related to the facility. The O&M Manual |
|
acquaints personnel with overall capabilities of the |

plant, instruction on the purpose and intended operation |
