Debriefing is a group-oriented intervention in which the | |
major elements of an event are reviewed by the | |
participants shortly after its termination. Debriefing | |
has been recommended by several authors as a stress | |
management technique suitable for groups which have been | |
exposed to traumatic events. Although debriefing is | |
intuitively considered helpful, its beneficial effects | |
