The Intermail and Commercial Mail Relay (CMR) programs |
|
forward electronic mail between the Internet and |
|
commercial systems such as Telemail, MCI Mail, and |
|
Dialcom. This report discusses the history and evolution |
|
of these systems and describes the present configuration. |
|
The problems encountered in operating a store-and-forward |
|
mail relay are also discussed. Current instructions for |
|
using Intermail and the CMR are provided as appendices. |
