The Flight Operations Coordinator Course is designed to |
|
provide enlisted personnel with a working knowledge of |
|
scheduling and coordinating aircraft flights and related |
|
administrative support functions. Seven weeks are |
|
scheduled; however, training is self-paced and completion |
|
times vary. This evaluation was initiated to determine if |
|
the course as presently designed and conducted is |
|
providing students with necessary knowledge and skills to |
|
meet objectives in a satisfactory manner. Systematic |
|
development procedures have been followed throughout all |
|
phases and, No major deficiencies were noted. The |
|
Training Extension Course and Army Correspondence Course |
|
programs are well managed. Overall, the course is |
|
adequate for attainment of stated objectives. |
