This report is a six-part statistical summary of surface |
|
weather observations for Inuvik, Northwest Territories, |
|
Canada. It contains the following parts (A) Weather |
|
conditions, Atmospheric Phenomena, (B) Precipitation, |
|
Snowfall and Snow Depth (daily amounts, and extreme |
|
values), (C) Surface winds, (D) Ceiling versus |
|
visibility, Sky cover; (E) Psychrometric Summaries (daily |
|
maximum and minimum temperatures, extreme maximum and |
|
minimum temperatures, psychrometric summary of wet-bulb |
|
temperature depression versus dry-bulb temperature, means |
|
and standard deviations of dry-bulb, wet-bulb and dew |
|
point temperatures and relative humidity), and (F) |
|
Pressure summary (Means, standard deviations, and |
|
observation counts of station pressure and sea-level |
|
pressure). Data in this report are presented in tabular |
|
form, in most cases in percentage frequency of occurence |
|
or cumulative percentage frequency of occurring tables. |
