The objective of this multi-phase program is to develop |
|
the materials, processes, and controls to improve |
|
reliability and reduce cost of hybrid microelectronics |
|
for application in military avionic systems. The |
|
objective of the first phase, the study effort covered by |
|
this report, is to develop a data base for the subsequent |
|
phases. The first phase, performed over a 6-month period, |
|
consisted of two tasks: (1) collection of data and |
|
information and (2) data assessment and analysis. |
