Kent District Library is gathering materials created by |
|
Michigan writers and musicians, and is dedicating space |
|
in two library branches for the new Local Indie |
|
collection. In studio to explain how the program is |
|
designed to support, encourage and foster access to West |
|
Michigan talent is Heidi Nagel, communications manager |
|
for the library system. We ll hear about some of the |
|
nearly 200 items in the collection already, and how KDL |
|
is still seeking donations featuring more local talent. |
|
Music featured in this edition of Catalyst Radio is from |
|
the band Big Dudee Roo, who s music is found in the new |
|
Kent District Library Local Indie collection. |
|
