More than 13 years after the start of the US's disastrous
war in Iraq, violence continues. Today we'll speak with
Codepink's Jodie Evans about the People's Tribunal on the
Iraq war that she is the lead organizer of. She'll tell
us about the need for such a tribunal, who will be
testifying, and where people can watch the proceedings.
And, Becky Bond, who was a senior advisor on the Bernie
Sanders campaign for President, joins us for a lengthy
conversation about a new book she has co-written with
Zack Exley called Rules for Revolutionaries: How Big
Organizing Can Change Everything. Given Donald Trump's
electoral college win, Bond makes the case for why, now
more than ever, the nation needs "big organizing,"
against the coming political apocalypse.
