MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Curry
Categories: Indian, Zucchini
     Yield: 4 Servings

   1/4 c  Margarine
     2 md Onions; minced
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     2 ts Curry powder
 1 1/4 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Salt
     2 c  Zucchini; diced
     2 c  Cauliflower; small florets
 1 1/2 c  Carrots; rounds
 1 1/2 c  Chicken broth or bouillon
     1 tb Lemon juice

 In margarine sauté onion and garlic. Add seasonings. Add remaining
 vegetables and stock. Cook 20 minutes. Add lemon juice.
