                        Sally's Hawaiian Chicken

  3      lb            Chicken -- cut up
  1 1/2  ts            Salt (optional)
 20      oz            Can unsweetened chunk pineapple
  1      c             Mushrooms -- sliced
    1/2  c             Water
  2      tb            Soy sauce
  2      ts            Chicken bouillon
    1/2  ts            Ginger
    1/2                Green pepper -- chopped

Sprinkle salt on chicken parts and broil. Turn and brown other side.
Combine remaining ingredients, including pineapple juice, and pour
over chicken. Bake uncovered in 375°F oven for 45 minutes or until
chicken is browned.

Yield: 8 Servings

Exchanges: 2-3 Starch; 1-3 Meat; 1-3 Vegetable; 1 Fruit; 1-2 Fat

Per serving: 550 cal; 20 g Fat; 45 g Carbs; 33 g Protein
