MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Short Rib Stew

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 lb Short ribs
     2 tb Cooking oil
     1 c  Water
          Salt & pepper
     1 lg Onion; chopped
     2 c  Zucchini; sliced
     9 oz Can crushed pineapple
     1 c  Tomatoes; peeled, chopped
     8 oz Egg noodles; cooked

 Brown meat in cooking oil. Add water, salt, and pepper. Cover and
 simmer for 2 hours. Skim fat; remove meat and set aside. Add enough
 water to remaining broth to make 1 cup and set aside. In the pan with
 additional oil, sauté onion and zucchini until soft. Mix in all
 ingredients except noodles and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
 Serve over hot noodles.
