MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Green Apple Salsa
Categories: Salsas
     Yield: 2 -1/2 cups

     2 lg Granny Smith apples; peeled,
          - cored, coarsely chopped
     1    JalapeƱo; seeded, minced
   1/2 c  Scallions; minced
     1    Lime; juice of
          Salt
          Black pepper; freshly ground
   1/4 c  Fresh mint; minced

 Place the apples in a medium-size bowl. Add the jalapeƱos,
 scallions, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and toss to
 combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

 Just before serving, stir in the mint. Taste and adjust the
 seasonings, then serve. This salsa is best served within a few hours
 after it is made.
