                      Louisberg Cafe Bread Pudding

  6                    Eggs -- beaten
  6      c             Milk
    3/4  c             Sugar
  1      c             Raisins
 12      c             Bread rolls -- broken -OR-
 12      c             Dough

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in pieces of
bread. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350°F for
45 minutes or until set.
