    Title: Cheese Tater Topper

 Servings: 4

     1 c  Skim milk
   1/2 ts Dry mustard
   3/4 c  American cheese; shredded
     4 md Baking potatoes
          - (6 to 8 oz ea); baked
     1 tb Corn starch
   1/8 ts Pepper
    10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables;
          - cooked, drained

 To bake potatoes, scrub thoroughly and prick with a fork. Bake in
 425°F oven for 40 to 60 minutes or until done.

 Or, prick skin of potatoes; place in microwave oven; and cook on
 100% power (high) for 14 to 17 minutes or until done, rearranging
 once. Let stand for 5 minutes to finish cooking.

 In a small saucepan stir together the milk, corn starch, mustard,
 and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese,
 stirring until melted. Stir in mixed vegetables and heat through.
 Serve warm over baked potatoes.
