                             Hot Chocolate

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1      teaspoon      cocoa
    1/2  cup           skim milk
  2      packets       Equal® sweetener

Mix cocoa and 2 teaspoons of milk until smooth.
Add remaining milk and microwave until hot (1 to 1-1/2 minutes).

Let rest a minute or two. Add Equal.
