MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mary Berry's Rosemary Roasted Almonds

     Yield: 1 Batch

     7 oz Blanched almonds (200 g)
     2 tb Olive oil
     2 ts Sea salt
     2 tb Rosemary needles; finely
          -chopped
   1/2 ts Smoked paprika

 Add the almonds to a wide-based pan, heat over a very high heat and
 fry for a minute. Add the oil, salt and rosemary then fry until crisp.

 Remove from the heat and sprinkle in the paprika, toss together and
 serve. If preferred, roast in an oven preheated to 220°C/425°F/Gas
 7 (200°C fan).
