MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spiced Fruit Granola
Categories: Granola
     Yield: 9 Cups

 3 1/2 c  Rolled oats
     1 c  Walnuts; chopped
     1 c  Shredded coconut
     1 c  Slivered almonds
   1/2 c  Toasted wheat germ
   1/2 c  Unsalted sunflower seeds or
          - sesame seeds
     1 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/2 ts Ground cloves
   1/4 c  Salad oil
   1/4 c  Honey
     2 tb Orange zest; grated
   1/2 c  Raisins
   1/2 c  Dried apricots; chopped

 In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, coconut, almonds, wheat
 germ, seeds, cinnamon, and cloves. In a small bowl, stir together the
 oil, honey, and orange zest; pour over oat mixture and blend
 thoroughly.

 Spread evenly in a 10x15" jellyroll pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 200°F
 oven, stirring occasionally, for 55 to 60 minutes, or until lightly
 toasted.

 Cool completely, then stir in raisins and apricots.
