     Title: Betty's Molasses Crunch Granola
Categories: Breakfast, Granola
     Yield: 1 Batch

     3 c  Rolled oats
   1/2 c  Wheat flakes
   1/2 c  Rye flakes
   1/2 c  Soy flakes
   1/2 c  Wheat germ
   1/2 c  Peanuts
   3/4 c  Raisins
   1/3 c  Coconut
   1/4 c  Sesame seeds
   1/2 ts Cinnamin
   1/4 ts Cloves
   1/4 ts Ginger
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/3 c  Oil
   3/4 c  Molasses
   1/2 ts Vanilla

MMMMM---------------------PEANUT SUBSTITUTES--------------------------
   1/2 c  Sunflower seeds -OR-
   1/2 c  Soy nuts -OR-
   1/2 c  Walnuts

MMMMM---------------------RAISIN SUBSTITUTES--------------------------
   3/4 c  Dried apple -OR-
   3/4 c  Dates

MMMMM----------------------RYE SUBSTITUTES---------------------------
     1 c  Wheat germ -OR-
     1 c  Bran glakes

MMMMM--------------------MOLASSES SUBSTITUTES-------------------------
   3/4 c  Honey -OR-
   3/4 c  Maple sugar

 Make desired substitutions, if any.

 Mix oil, molasses, and vanilla.

 Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet.

 Bake at 275°F for 15 minutes.

 Turn and mix. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

 Let cool and store in ziploc bag.
