MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Fruity Granola Flapjacks

     Yield: 9 servings

   170 g  Oatmeal; regular, not fine
    80 g  Frozen raspberries,
    70 g  Light soft brown sugar,
    70 g  Unsalted butter,
     4 tb Runny honey,
    40 g  Granola,
       pn Salt
          Spray oil for greasing

 Set your oven @ 180°C/355°F (fan).

 Line a sided baking tray with greaseproof paper then
 spray the base and sides with oil. Set aside. Heat up a
 saucepan up over a medium heat. Once warm, add in the
 butter and allow to melt down slowly, stir.

 Add the sugar and stir through them add the honey and
 pinch of salt. Stir together until smooth and completely
 melted. Remove from the heat.

 Add in the oats. Stir through until completely coated in
 the golden glistening honey butter mixture. Next, pour
 in the raspberries, and stir through until evenly
 distributed.

 Tip into the lined baking tray and spread out nice and
 evenly right up to all the edges. Sprinkle over the
 granola and gently pat it into the top. Bake on the
 middle shelf for 20-25 minutes until golden.

 Leave to cool and set firm then remove from tin
 carefully, using the edges of the greaseproof paper to
 lift it out as a slab then cut neatly into 9 even
 squares. Enjoy! :)
