14 oz Can artichoke hearts;
-drained
4 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 c Parmesan or Romano cheese;
-+2 tb, finely grated
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Cream cheese; softened
2 tb Bread crumbs
Chips, crackers, or raw
-vegetables; for dipping
Finely chop artichoke hearts or run through a food processor along
with garlic using the steel chopping blade. Combine the 1/2 cup
cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix well with the
artichoke-garlic mixture. Put the mixture into a 1 qt casserole dish.
Sprinkle the top with bread crumble and the remaining cheese. Bake 20
minutes at 375°F until bubbly. Serve with chips, vegetable dippers,
bread, or crackers.
