MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cinco De Mayo Artichoke Dip
Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Vegetables, Cheese
     Yield: 10 servings

    14 oz Jar artichoke hearts; rough
          - chopped
     4 oz Can Ortega diced green
          - chilies
 2 1/4 oz Can sliced black olives
   1/4 c  Chopped jalapenos from a
          - jar
     5    Scallions; white & green
          - parts, chopped
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     4 oz Colby/jack cheese; grated

 Make sure all of the ingredients are sufficiently
 drained of their liquids. Mix all together in a bowl.
 Transfer to a shallow baking dish, such as a quiche pan.

 Bake uncovered in a 350°F/175°C oven until bubbly or
 about 25 minutes.

 Cool 15-20 minutes before serving warm with crackers or
 sturdy tortilla chips.
