                          Hot Artichoke Spread

 14      oz            Can artichoke hearts --
                       - drained & chopped
  1      c             Mayonnaise
  1      c             Parmesan cheese
                       Garlic powder -- to taste

Mix all ingredients and put into oven-proof dish. Heat at 350°F for
20 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Serve with crackers for
spreading.
