     Title: Honey-Barbecue Wings
Categories: Poultry, Bbq, Spices
     Yield: 24 Servings

 2 1/2 lb Chicken wings
   1/2 c  Soy sauce
   1/2 c  Barbecue sauce
   1/2 c  Honey
     1 c  A-P flour
     2 ts Salt
     2 ts Paprika
   1/4 ts Pepper
          Oil; for deep-fat frying

Cut wings into 3 sections; reserve wing tip sections for stock
making. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, barbecue sauce,
and honey. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about
 1 cup.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika, and
pepper. Add wings, a few at a time, and toss to coat.

In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°F/190°C. Fry
wings, a few at a time, until no longer pink, 3 to 4 minutes on
 each side. Drain on paper towels. Transfer wings to a large bowl;
add sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
