                        Marinated Chicken Wings

  1 1/2  Pounds        chicken wings -- tips removed
    1/3  Cup           soy sauce
  1      Tablespoon    sugar
  2      Teaspoons     curry powder
  1      Clove         garlic -- minced
    1/4  Teaspoon      pepper

Combine soy sauce, sugar, curry pow der, garlic and pepper. Pour into
zip-top bag; add chicken wings. Seal bag and refrigerate 8 -12, hours or
overnight, turn ing bag occasionally.

Spray bottom rack with no-stick spray. Remove wings from marinade and
place on bottom rack. Cook according to guide- lines until done.
