     Title: Mini Quiches
Categories: Appetizers
     Yield: 6 Servings

     8 oz Small curd cottage cheese
   1/4 c  Sour cream
     4 oz Sharp cheddar cheese;
          - shredded
   1/2 c  Bisquick
   1/4 c  Butter; melted
     3    Eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.
Grease mini-muffin tins or use Teflon ones. Fill 3/4th full. Bake for
15 to 20 minutes or until brown.

Hints:

Add onion, bacon, mushrooms, etc. May be frozen. Reheat at 300°F or
microwave for 3 minutes on high.

Be sure to add cooked bacon and some diced onion. This recipe only
makes about 30, so be sure to at least double!

Great make-ahead appetizer!
