MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Feta Bruschetta
Categories: Breads, Cheese, Herbs, Vegetables
     Yield: 10 servings

   1/4 c  Butter; melted
   1/4 c  Olive oil
    10 sl French bread (1" thick)
     4 oz Feta cheese; crumbled
     3 cl Garlic; minced
     1 tb Fresh basil; minced -OR-
     1 ts Dried basil
     1 lg Tomato; seeded, chopped

 Set oven at 350°F/175°C.

 In a small bowl, combine butter and oil; brush onto both sides of
 bread. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or
 until lightly browned on top.

 Combine the feta cheese, garlic, and basil; sprinkle over toast.
 Top with tomato. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
 Serve warm.
