     Title: English Muffin Pizza
Categories: Five, Appetisers, Breads, Cheese, Pork
     Yield: 12 Servings

    12 oz Pkg English muffins; split
    14 oz Can pizza sauce
     8 oz Mozzarella cheese; shredded
     8 oz Sliced pepperoni
     4 oz Link cooked Italian sausage;
          - sliced

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet.
 Spoon 1 to 2 tb pizza sauce onto each English muffin; top with
 mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni slices on 1/3 the pizzas and
 Italian sausage on 1/3 the English muffins, leaving the remaining
 1/3 with just cheese.

 UDD NOTE: Double up (or more) on the pepperoni and the sausage and
 make sausage, pepperoni and cheese minis.

 Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
