           Snappy Cocktail Meatballs with Honey Mustard Sauce

  1 1/2  lb            Lean ground beef
  1      env           Brown gravy dry mix
  2      tb            Prepared horseradish
  1      tb            Dried parsley flakes
  1      ts            Dried basil
    1/4  ts            Freshly ground black pepper
                       Sauce:
    1/2  c             Dijon-style mustard
  3      tb            Honey
    1/8  ts            Cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape
into 1" meatballs. Place in a shallow baking pan; bake at 375°F for
10 to 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.

To serve, arrange meatballs on a serving plate with sauce and
toothpicks.

Yield: 30 Meatballs
