1 cup Mayo
2 teaspoons Dried minced onion
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
1 cup Butter-flavor crackers -- crush
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
2 pounds Chicken breast; skin, bone -- 1/4" strips
SAUCE
1 cup Mayo
2 tablespoons Honey
Combine mayo, onion and mustard. In another bowl, combin the crackers
and sesame seeds. Dip strips into mayo mixture, then into the seed
mixture. Place in a single layer on a large greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 18 minutes or until juices run clear.
