Title: Jalapeno Pie

Yield: 64 Servings
11 oz Can pickled jalapenos;
- sliced in strips
4 Eggs; beaten
10 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 ts Salt
Place pepper strips in bottom of a greased 8x8" baking dish. Spread
cheese evenly over the jalapenos. Add salt to beaten eggs, then pour
slowly over the cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Slice in 1"
squares--serve hot.
