Yes, I freeze the meat loaves unbaked. I generally set them in the
refrigerator to thaw before I go to work, then bake them for 30 to
45 minutes at 350°F, but it may take 45 minutes or more if they are
still frozen. Oven temperatures vary, so just keep an eye on them and
start checking after 30 minutes or so.
