                        Lamb Chops in Sour Cream

 18                    Shoulder lamb chops
                       Garlic cloves -- cut
    1/2  c             Oil
  3      c             Sour cream
  3      tb            Vinegar
  3      tb            Worcestershire sauce
  1 1/2  ts            Salt
    3/4  ts            Pepper
                       Paprika
                       Bay leaves

Rub lamb chops with cut garlic cloves. Brown in oil. Divide into
suitable sized casseroles. Into pan drippings stir: sour cream,
vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour over
meat. Arrange 2 bay leaves on top of each casserole.

Freeze in portions suitable for your family.

To Serve:

Defrost and bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
