     Title: Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Bread

     Yield: 2 Loaves

    15 oz Can solid-pack pumpkin
     4 lg Eggs; room temperature
   3/4 c  Oil
   2/3 c  Water
     2 c  Sugar
     1 c  Honey
 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
 3 1/2 c  A-P flour
     2 ts Baking soda
 1 1/2 ts Salt
 1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
     1 ts Ground nutmeg
   1/2 ts Ground cloves
   1/2 ts Ground ginger
   1/2 c  Salted pumpkin seeds or
          - pepitas

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large bowl, beat pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, sugar, honey, and
 vanilla until well blended. In another large bowl, whisk flour,
 baking soda, salt, and spices; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture.

 Transfer to 2 greased 9x5" loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with pumpkin
 seeds.

 Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes
 out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire
 rack to cool.
