Title: Red Lobster Biscuits

Yield: 12 Biscuits
1 c Skim milk
1/3 c Fat-free mayonnaise
1 tb Sugar
4 ts Baking powder
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
2/3 c Cheddar cheese; grated
Margarine; melted
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in
bowl.
Add milk and mayonnaise. Mix with rubber spatula until not quite
smooth, adding cheddar cheese when almost done mixing. Blend
thoroughly into dough.
Place blobs of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Give each blob one light spray of liquid margarine.
Bake at 450°F about 25 minutes until golden.
