MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Applebee's Chicken Wonton Tacos

     Yield: 16 Servings

     2 tb Hoisin sauce
     1 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Sesame oil
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Fresh ginger; minced
   1/2 lb Chicken breast; boned,
          - skinned, fine chopped

     3 c  Coleslaw mix
     2    Green onions; thiny sliced
 1 1/2 ts Rice vinegar
 1 1/2 ts Soy sauce
 1 1/2 ts Sesame oil
 1 1/2 ts Honey
    16    Wonton wrappers
          Cooking spray
          Sweet chili sauce
          Fresh cilantro; chopped

 In a large shallow bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until blended.
 Add chicken; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat
 oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions,
 vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey; toss to coat.
 Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

 In batches, press wonton wrappers over edges of a 13x9" baking pan;
 spritz with cooking spray. Bake until lightly browned, 7 to
 9 minutes.

 Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir chicken mixture over
 medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink, 4 to 6 minutes.
 Remove from the heat.

 Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture. Top with coleslaw, chili
 sauce, and cilantro.
