1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1 pn Cayenne pepper
Henry, I don't have Popeye's recipe. However, I have a lower-fat
version that's pretty good and quite spicy:
Place ingredients in plastic shaker bag:
Rinse 6 skinless chicken breast filets and shake off excess water.
Add filets (one at a time) to bag & shake until well-coated. Place
on aluminum foil-lined baking pan and bake at 375°F for
approximately 20-30 minutes.
