10 oz Box frozen spinach
1 c Seasoned stuffing mix;
- crushed to crumbs
1/3 c Parmesan cheese
3 lg Eggs; beaten
1 md Onion; chopped
4 tb Butter; melted
Set oven @ 350°F/175°C. Cook spinach according
to package directions and drain well. Combine
spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Roll into walnut-sized balls. Bake at 350°F/175°C
on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
These can be frozen before cooking. Without thawing,
bake at 350°F/175°C for 30 minutes.
