     Title: Air-Fryer Baked Potato

     Yield: 4 Servings

     4 md Russet potatoes
     2 tb Butter, softened
     2 cl Garlic; minced
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS-------------------------------
          Sour cream
          Butter
          Bacon; crumbled
          Chives; minced
          Guacamole
          Cheddar cheese; shredded
          Fresh cilantro; minced

 Sat air fryer @ 400°F/205°C.

 Scrub potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small
 bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub potatoes with
 butter mixture. Wrap each tightly in a piece of foil.

 Place potatoes in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook
 until fork tender, 35 to 45 minutes, rotating halfway through.
