     Title: Air-Fryer Plantains

     Yield: 12 Servings

     3 cl Garlic; minced
     1 tb Garlic salt
   1/2 ts Onion powder
     6    Green plantains; peeled,
          - cut in 1" slices
          Cooking spray

MMMMM-----------------------SEASONING MIX----------------------------
     1 tb Garlic powder
 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
   1/2 ts Onion powder
   1/2 ts Kosher salt
          Guacamole (optional)
          Pico de gallo (optional)

 In a large bowl, combine garlic, garlic salt, and onion powder. Add
 plantains; cover with cold water. Soak for 30 minutes. Drain
 plantains; place on paper towels and pat dry.

 Heat air fryer to 375°F/190°C.

 In batches, place plantains in a single layer on greased tray in
 air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until lightly
 browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Place plantain pieces between 2 sheets
 of aluminum foil. With the bottom of a glass, flatten to 1/2"
 thickness. Increase air-fryer temperature to 400°F. Return
 flattened plantains to air fryer; cook until golden brown, 2 to
 3 minutes longer. Combine the 4 seasoning mix ingredients; sprinkle
 over tostones. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
