     Title: Air-Fryer Chickpea Fritters With Sweet-Spicy Sauce

     Yield: 2 Dozen

     1 c  Plain yogurt
     2 tb Sugar
     1 tb Honey
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes

    15 oz Can chickpeas;
          - rinsed, drained
     1 ts Ground cumin
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Ground ginger
     1 lg Egg; room temperature
   1/2 ts Baking soda
   1/2 c  Fresh cilantro; chopped
     2    Green onions; thin sliced

 Heat air fryer to 400°F/205°C.

 In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; refrigerate until
 serving.

 Place chickpeas and seasonings in a food processor; process until
 finely ground. Add egg and baking soda; pulse until blended.
 Transfer to a bowl; stir in cilantro and green onions.

 In batches, drop the chickpea mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls
 onto greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned,
 5 to 6 minutes.

 Serve with sauce.
