     Title: Air-Fryer Avocado Fries

     Yield: 20 Servings

     1 lg Egg; beaten
   1/4 c  Corn meal
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Ground chipotle pepper
     2 md Avocados; peeled, pitted,
          - sliced
          Cooking spray

          Lime wedges
          Salsa
          Pico de gallo
          Spicy ranch dressing

 Heat air fryer to 400°F/205°C.

 Place egg in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix corn
 meal, salt, garlic powder, and chipotle pepper. Dip avocado slices
 into egg, then into corn meal mixture, gently patting to help
 adhere.

 In batches, place avocado slices in a single layer on greased tray
 in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden
 brown, about 4 minutes. Turn; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until
 golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes longer. If desired, serve avocado
 slices with lime wedges, salsa, pico de gallo or ranch dressing.
