MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sweet & Spicy Air-Fryer Meatballs

     Yield: 3 Dozen

   2/3 c  Quick-cooking oats
   1/2 c  Ritz crackers; crushed
     2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
     5 oz Can evaporated milk
     1 tb Dried minced onion
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Honey
   1/2 ts Pepper
     2 lb Ground round

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
   1/3 c  Brown sugar; packed
   1/3 c  Honey
   1/3 c  Orange marmalade
     2 tb Corn starch
     2 tb Soy sauce
     2 tb Louisiana-style hot sauce
     1 tb Worcestershire sauce

 Heat air fryer to 380°F/193°C.

 In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add beef; mix
 lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-1/2" balls.

 In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in
 air-fryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked
 through, 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine
 sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
 Serve with meatballs.
