     Title: Air-Fryer Almond Chicken

     Yield: 2 Servings

     1 lg Egg
   1/4 c  Buttermilk
     1 ts Garlic salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     1 c  Slivered almonds;
          - fine chopped
     2    Chicken breast halves
          - (6 oz ea); boned, skinned

MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS-------------------------------
          Ranch salad dressing
          Barbecue sauce -OR-
          Honey mustard
          Cooking spray

 Set air fryer @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, garlic salt, and pepper.
 Place almonds in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg
 mixture, then into almonds, patting to help coating adhere.

 Place chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer
 basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until a thermometer
 inserted in chicken reads at least 165°F, for 15 to 18 minutes. If
 desired, serve with ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, or honey
 mustard.
