MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Air-Fryer Cowboy Casserole

     Yield: 2 servings

   1/2 lb Lean ground beef
 8 3/4 oz Can whole kernel corn;
          - drained
   2/3 c  Cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
   1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded,
          - divided
   1/3 c  Milk
     2 tb Sour cream
   3/4 ts Onion powder
   1/4 ts Pepper
     2 c  Frozen tater tots

 In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
 longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Stir in corn,
 soup, 1/4 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and
 pepper.

 Set air fryer @ 350°F/175°C.

 Place 1 cup Tater Tots in a greased 3 cup baking dish
 that fits into your air fryer. Layer with beef mixture
 and remaining 1 cup Tater Tots; sprinkle with remaining
 1/4 cup cheese. Cook, uncovered, until bubbly, 15-20
 minutes.
