MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Everything Bagel & Lox Brunch Pizza

     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lb Frozen pizza dough; thawed
     2 tb Corn meal
5 3/16 oz Pkg Boursin garlic and
          - fine herbs cheese
   3/4 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
     1 lg Egg; room temperature,
          - beaten
     1 tb Everything seasoning blend
     2    Smoked salmon fillets
          - (2 oz ea)
   1/2 c  Cucumber; thin sliced
   1/2 c  Pickled red onions
     1 tb Capers; drained
   1/4 c  Sour cream
     1 tb Heavy whipping cream
     1 c  Fresh arugula
     2 ts Olive oil
     2 ts Lemon juice
     4    Lemon slices (optional)

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Grease a 14" pizza pan; sprinkle with corn meal. Punch down dough;
 roll to fit pan, pinch edge to form a rim.  Cover; let rest
 10 minutes.

 Spread with Boursin cheese; top with mozzarella. Brush edges of
 dough with egg; sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake on a lower
 oven rack until crust and cheese are lightly browned, 10 to
 12 minutes.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk sour cream and heavy whipping
 cream. In a separate bowl, toss arugula, olive oil, and lemon
 juice. Remove pizza from oven; top with salmon, cucumbers, red
 onion, and capers. Drizzle with cream sauce; top with arugula
 mixture. If desired, garnish with lemon slices.
