2 6 inch prebaked Italian
-bread shells
4 oz (1 cup) shredded sharp
-Cheddar cheese
2 Italian plum tomatoes,
-coarsely chopped
1/2 c Sliced ripe olives
1/4 c Chopped red onion
Heat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle each bread shell with
1/4 cup of the cheese. Top with tomatoes, olives,
onion and remaining cheese. Place on ungreased cookie
sheet.
Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is
