     Title: Personal Pizza Buns

     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 ts Yeast
     2 ts Sugar
     2 c  Water
     2 ts Salt
     4 tb Olive oil
     6 c  Flour

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
          Marinara sauce; your
          -favorite
     1    Fresh garlic head; chopped
          Mozzarella cheese; grated
     1 bn Parsley; chopped
          Pizza toppings; your
          -favorite, chopped very
          -small

 Combine yeast, sugar and water in a small bowl. Cover with a clean
 towel and let sit for 10 minutes. Add salt, oil, and flour to the wet
 mixture and knead with your hands until flour is mixed in. Cover with
 a clean towel and let it rest for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F.

 After the resting period, roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut the
 flattened dough into a 12x24" rectangle, making it easier to slice
 into strips. Use the extra dough to make another rectangle so nothing
 goes to waste.

 Slice dough into 2"-wide sections, and paint on thin layer of marinara
 sauce.

 Add chopped garlic to taste. Sprinkle mozzarella on the strips evenly.
 Scatter parsley on top and any other topping favorites.

 Roll the strips into buns and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
 Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, turning the tray around after 10 minutes.
 Pizza buns are done when they are golden brown.

 Remove buns from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Serve and
 enjoy!
