     Title: Vincent Van Goat Pizza

     Yield: 2 Servings

 1 1/2 tb Rosemary olive oil (8 oz
          - olive oil: 2 ts minced
          - fresh rosemary)
     6 sl Honey ham; halved
     4 sl Genoa salami; ea in 4
          - strips
   1/2 c  Goat cheese
    15    Fried pepper strips
     2 tb Capers
     2 oz Balsamic vinegar
     1 tb Romano; grated

 Set oven to 500°F/260°C with pizza stone in it.

 Brush crust with Rosemary oil, lay salami strips evenly,
 fold ham halves in half and place evenly across crust,
 crumble goat cheese over pizza, add peppers and capers
 and place in oven for 4 minutes, rotate 180 and cook 3
 more minutes. Remove slice and with a spoon drizzle the
 vinaigrette on the pie. Sprinkle with Romano. Enjoy
